Should you have any issues if your Open Ear merchandise we will happily refund you if you send the goods back to us within 14 days.

You will be responsible for the financial value of any goods that are being returned until we receive them, so we recommend that you use a trackable postage service and retain proof of postage.

Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and may be sent back to to customer and/or a refund refused.
